We had an incredible family getaway at this resort! The location is amazing, just a short walk to the ocean and around some great restaurants. The staff, especially the lifeguard Melanie, made our stay magical with her vibrant energy. Our kids loved the pool area, where they felt safe and entertained. The only drawback was that while the tent site was spacious, it's not as luxurious as some may prefer. Overall, it's a perfect spot for families looking for fun without breaking the bank!
My experience was very disappointing overall. The pool was advertised as heated but felt incredibly cold, making it uninviting. The value for what we paid just didn’t feel right, especially since the prices they quoted were inconsistent, and the staff wasn’t accommodating at all. However, the location had potential, being in a scenic area, but that alone wasn't enough to redeem the visit.
I had a really disappointing experience during my stay at this resort. While the surrounding area was nice and felt safe, the cabin itself had serious issues like mould and was not well soundproofed. The staff's lack of responsiveness to our complaints was frustrating, but there were some positives as well. It's important to weigh the pros and cons before booking your stay.
We had an amazing time during our family camping trip at Riverside! The tent sites were spacious and provided plenty of shade, making it ideal for relaxation. The pool was a fantastic addition, especially with Melody, the lifeguard, who brought so much energy and made sure everyone was safe. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities like the mini golf and well-maintained grounds added to the overall experience. If I had to mention a downside, the bathrooms could use a little more attention at peak times, but overall, it was a great value for a family-friendly getaway.
My experience at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the facilities for kids, like the mini-golf, pool, and waterslides, seemed enjoyable and well-maintained when I briefly visited, the dirty room we were given and the rude service left much to be desired. It's evident that the facility has potential, but the management and cleanliness aspect need significant improvement.
